Fitness Coach, Becky Singleton teamed
up with News anchor Liz Walker to provide everyday people with

4. Beckys fundamental tips are derived from her Happy, Healthy
& Fit program and include the following Nine essential
elements.
- Honoring your body - make
it the healthiest possible
- Exercise regularly - at
least 35 minutes of cardio 3 4 times weekly at your
Level (consult your
physician prior to starting any exercise program) Eat
balanced low-fat nutritious meals - include breakfast,
the most important meal
- Minimum of 8 hours of sleep
- Drink at least eight 8 ounce
glasses of water daily - more if you work-out
- Give 15 minutes of quiet
time to yourself each day (get to know yourself)
- Practice preventative health
maintenance - early detection is the key
- Have an Annual physical
- Perform monthly personal
breast exams
- Yearly checks for prostate
cancer - men over 40
- Annual Pap smears
- Perform monthly personal
testicular exams
- Dont beat yourself up if
you fall off the wagon, the next day or next meal is
the start of
a new beginning!
