Are you tired of viewing models or fitness experts in your exercise tapes? Do you see yourself being a more realistic example of an everyday woman? Would you like to see yourself in the next "Just Like You™;" video? If so, we want you to enter the Happy, Healthy & Fit © contest.

To enter, just send us your photo and a letter telling us what Happy, Healthy & Fit © looks like to you. One lucky winner will:

ENTRY DETAILS

Please describe in no more than two typed, double-spaced pages, what Happy, Healthy & Fit © looks like to you. Letters longer than two pages will be disqualified. Submissions must be no larger than a flat 9-by-12 inch envelope. Include two photos taken within the previous three months: one full-body photo of you in workout clothing and one close-up photo of your face. On the back of each photo, print your name, address, daytime phone number and the approximate date that the photo was taken. Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. is not responsible for lost photos.

The winner will be notified by phone. Please do not call or write us to inquire about your entry or you could be disqualified. Entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for editorial, marketing, and promotional purposes and agree to sign a release. Entrants will also submit a verification of a recent physical performed within the previous months by a physician prior to video taping and agree to sign a release.

All entries submitted, including photos, become the property of Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. and may be published in any media. Materials will not be returned. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. and a panel of celebrity judges chosen by Urban Fitness Connection, Inc will select the winning entry. Winner selected at the sole discretion of Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. Employees of Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. and their immediate family members are ineligible. Subject to Massachusetts’s law. All taxes paid by participant. Void where prohibited.
