Becky Singleton is a certified fitness professional with 18+ years in the industry and 3 years of extensive medical training from Johnson & Johnson's Ethicon Endo-Surgery . She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Northeastern University, and has taken courses at the Coopers Institute of Physical Fitness in Dallas, TX and Reebok University in Canton, MA.

She is the founder and CEO of Urban Fitness Connection, Inc. A fitness, sports & entertainment Company that provides aerobics Fitness programming and nutritional consulting to individuals and corporations nationally. Becky is a humanitarian, survivor and advocate against domestic violence who was recognized by former President Bill Clinton for her contributions to ending domestic violence. Heart and Soul Magazine recognized her as a top fitness expert.
